These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CedarOS AI LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("CedarOS AI," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CedarOS AI platform, website, applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, clicking "I agree," or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms you may not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CedarOS AI. By using our Services you represent that you meet this requirement.
CedarOS AI is an artificial intelligence-powered business intelligence platform that provides automated monitoring, analysis, reporting, and recommendations across 35 industry subsidiaries. Our Services include but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
To access most features of the Services you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
If you register on behalf of a business entity you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity. The business entity is the account holder and is responsible for all activity under the account.
CedarOS AI Faith accounts require verification of nonprofit or church status including a valid EIN and church domain email address. We reserve the right to revoke Faith accounts where verification cannot be confirmed. Faith accounts are free and carry no payment obligation.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe. All fees are in US dollars. We use Stripe as our payment processor. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, GST, VAT, or other taxes imposed by any governmental authority on your subscription.
We offer a 14-day free trial — no card needed for paid subscription plans. No credit card is required to begin a free trial unless otherwise specified at signup. Free trial access includes full functionality of the selected plan.
At the end of the free trial period your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If a credit card was collected at signup you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at trial end. If no credit card was collected your account will be paused and you will be prompted to add payment information to continue.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time. One free trial per business entity. We reserve the right to reject free trial applications at our discretion.
You may use the Services for lawful business intelligence and operational purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.
CedarOS AI and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, AI models, intelligence system architectures, prompt systems, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and content we create. These are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The names CedarOS AI, CedarOS AI, and all subsidiary product names are trademarks of CedarOS AI LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
You retain all ownership rights to the business data, information, and content you provide to us. By providing data to us you grant CedarOS AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to provide the Services to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services we may use that feedback without any obligation to you. You assign to us all rights in such feedback.
Our Privacy Policy, available at cedarosai.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services you agree to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
The accuracy and completeness of intelligence generated by our intelligence systems depends on the accuracy of data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the data you input is accurate and that you have authority to share it with us.

Grant opportunity intelligence does not guarantee that applications will be approved. Compliance monitoring does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Market intelligence does not guarantee business outcomes. You assume all risk associated with decisions made using our Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CEDAROS AI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CedarOS AI LLC and its members, officers, employees, intelligence systems, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected] to request account deletion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to CedarOS AI or other users.
Upon termination all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. We will delete your data within 90 days of termination unless we are required to retain it by law. Sections 7, 9, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law principles.
